Verified Renter Reasonable place to live in a great location but is a bit run down and desperately in need of repairs especially the exterior areas of the property. It could be cleaner and the parking lot is full of pot holes causes major damage to tires.

Verified Renter We highly recommend Windsor Estates. It’s a great blend of amazing neighborhood, beautiful nature, cozy apartments, great amenities and very friendly and welcoming management team. Schools nearby have high ratings and all needed infrastructure is available in walking distance.
Verified Renter Windsor is a well located community. It is close to a lot of convenient stores and businesses. The premise is always clean and well kept. Staff is a work in progress but I think they are on the right track.
