Fixing my recent apartment flooding from mid-MAR '26.. Uh-oh! Of course, stuff happens sometimes! My only suggestion is paraphrasing some of the ambiguous wording on our online portal to help reduce any confusion when explaining which maintenance request is being being taken care of (i.e. Hopefully, replacing my broken fridge side door piece in a nice & timely matter). Delayed text or email reply fixing my frustrating flood situation this morning. Uh-oh! Hopefully, we can improve on our above texting or email communication if one of our loyal maintenance staff members are on their way to help offer me a decent piece of mind that my future flood situations are being resolved or prevented altogether (i.e. Newpro-style Auto lock or whatever it's called.
