Fixing my recent apartment flooding from mid-MAR '26.. Uh-oh! Of course, stuff happens sometimes! My only suggestion is paraphrasing some of the ambiguous wording on our online portal to help reduce any confusion when explaining which maintenance request is being being taken care of (i.e. Hopefully, replacing my broken fridge side door piece in a nice & timely matter).
