I think we can continue to improve on our future timely maintenance repairs (i.e. My dishwasher not drying or working quickly) via text or email messages about any estimated Time of arrival (ETA for short) similiar to what Wayfair.com or Amazon.com often do w/ their loyal customers & I. Ditto for devoting some attention to replacing our current White laundry machines (I.e. 274 Grove ST) w/ some newer energy-efficient ones (i.e. Shortening drying load time). While we can certainly improve on our timely reply to our maintenance issues, hey, at least I got my toilet fixed after it recently overflowed earlier this month. Uh-oh! The only other thing is that I could use a newer energy-efficient dishwasher since some of my dishes haven't been cleaning off as quickly. Uh-oh on that one too! I think we could certainly improve a little bit on providing both efficient & timely response to our maintenance issues (i.e. My dishwasher not washing well either). Uh-oh! Of course, there's always room for improvement here. Hey, at least washers # 13 & #14 @ 274 Grove ST are finally being attended to after all. What a huge relief! We still haven’t received any service. Our disposal under sink and dishwasher still broken after 4 months.

Apparently, I was still finishing in the shower last FRI, 6/07/24, before the maintenance worker was able to text me or return back a @ little bit later when I was more ready (i.e. Fixing my toilet & replacing my outdated dishwasher., respectively). Beth Budner, Auburndale, ME!
