I think we could certainly improve a little bit on providing both efficient & timely response to our maintenance issues (i.e. My dishwasher not washing well either). Uh-oh! Of course, there's always room for improvement here. Hey, at least washers # 13 & #14 @ 274 Grove ST are finally being attended to after all. What a huge relief!
