While we can certainly improve on our timely reply to our maintenance issues, hey, at least I got my toilet fixed after it recently overflowed earlier this month. Uh-oh! The only other thing is that I could use a newer energy-efficient dishwasher since some of my dishes haven't been cleaning off as quickly. Uh-oh on that one too! I think we could certainly improve a little bit on providing both efficient & timely response to our maintenance issues (i.e. My dishwasher not washing well either). Uh-oh! Apparently, I was frustrated that I kept getting the annoying mail delivery subsystem message when I was trying to confirm my maintenance request (i.e. Right middle fridge door shelf lever or whatever-it's-called piece coming loose). Uh-oh! So hopefully, someone will come by soon to replace it so I can continue organizing my fridge again. My microwave was not worked since Jan 16, 2026. I had to waited until now Mar 16. No one come to fix it. But it marked as resolved today. I can’t use microwave for 3 months and have no idea how long dies it take.
