We have been without lights in our main room for 6 months. The bulbs died- we've been very patient and even would just accept We sent our first email to management on 10/23/23. We then sent numerous emails and opened a ticket, and were told each time someone would be by in the next couple dates.... it is now April and our lights are still dead. They've claimed to have fixed them several times and make the excuse of "the maintenance workers went to the wrong apartment." How do you go to the wrong apartment for 5 months?

I confirmed with the Super, Jeff, that he did replace the bulbs this morning and all repairs have been completed. Darn lax availability of energy-efficient card-friendly laundry system and/or HRS info for laundry RM @ 274 Grove ST citing antiquated coin-laundry approach. Ditto for lax street-level laundry RM entrance. Most of all, slow & delayed response to my maintenance requests (i.e. My hard-to-clean LWR refrigerator shelf & my exterior light STILL burned out, respectively).
