Seems with my VA appeal all I am doing is paying them for a waiting partner, because they can't do any more than me. Wish I had known this before I hired them!

I'd give you 0 if I could. My husband's case was mishandled from day one- and you did nothing to correct what were obvious mistakes. NO ONE should even need a lawyer to obtain SSI- it is something we work for and contribute to, ourselves, but that even a terminal cancer patient was denied and now 2 months after his death we are still waiting is insane.
