There is lack of communication at this business. They say that they cancelled out UPS account and they never did. Stating we were waiting for why you want to cancel AFTER I asked if there is anything I need to do and they said no. Now I have a bill from UPS because they never cancelled with UPS on the number after I told them I have a new number.
