Product Issues Waiting for payment on PRO ****** submitted 74 days ago and have sent emails, left voicemails, nobody will call back and my factoring company tried for 65 days and gave up because of no response. Now I had to pay them back. I Completed another load and nobody will respond on the matter of how to get quick pay. I am out $1500 not including fuel to deliver your freight that you capitalized on.

Product Issues the last of march 2023 a sales ************************************ from world wide express came into my business (*****************) offering me shipping services, i agreed and gave him my business checking account info. Several days later i called the company and cancelled my account. In April they debited my checking account $26,60 and in may $30.00. I never used their services. Billing Issues We started working with the **** rep in conjunction with **** All of our *** invoices were now sent through **** website. We were paying the invoices on their website and then we found out that they weren't paying ***! So now I have $40,000 of invoices open on our *** account that wasn't paid by **** even though we paid **** and over $8,000 in late fee even though we always paid our invoices on time. Billing Issues On 8/18/2022 I received a call from ************************* who stated she was with Worldwide Express calling me on behalf of **** She advised that *** had transferred our company account to them so we would receive better customer service. She was in possession of my *** account number. After a year, I have taken the time to look over invoices where I have found that **** has repeatedly without fail rolled over invoices to new invoice numbers 1-3 times each. Billing Issues As another business owner previously reported, I also received several phone mail messages from a rep representing that he was my new *** account manager and he wanted to introduce himself. Billing Issues On 1/30/23, I noticed an invoice we had receive from Worldwide Express for a *** shipment billed to our company. This invoice contains an account number as well as a *** shipper number that is associated with our business through Worldwide Express.Upon contacting Worldwide Express, I was advised that the charge was mistakenly placed on our account, and the charge would be disputed. Product Issues We have had an account with *** for over 15 years. At some point in 2022, our account was taken over by Worldwide Express #W11156 without our permission. We do not wish to be affiliated with Worldwide Express and want our *** account restored to its original condition. I have attempted to contact them multiple times via email and phone with absolutely no resolution. This is terrible business and based upon the number of complaints I am seeing with my exact story, it seems as if this is common practice for them... read more

Worldwide Express responded rather promptly to this complaint and they were extremely helpful and efficient in the resolution of this matter. There was apparently a breakdown in the original communication when our account was changed to Worldwide Express and now that we have the correct access to billing and payment information, as well as customer services contact, I am anticipating no more issues. Service or Repair Issues Account switched from UPS to Worldwide Express without permission. When I try to contact them, they just connect me with UPS.
