Billing Issues The trucking load was delivered on 03/16/2023 and the payment was not paid by Worldwide Express until now. unable to contact to accounting **** or broker who gave me the order to deliver the load via e mail or phone.

Customer Service Issues No communication!! WE NEED OUR LOAD verified, repeated emails, voice mails no response. Very unprofessional. It has been over 30 days no one has responded to numerous request. Product Issues Waiting for payment on PRO ****** submitted 74 days ago and have sent emails, left voicemails, nobody will call back and my factoring company tried for 65 days and gave up because of no response. Now I had to pay them back. I Completed another load and nobody will respond on the matter of how to get quick pay. I am out $1500 not including fuel to deliver your freight that you capitalized on.

Billing Issues We started working with the **** rep in conjunction with **** All of our *** invoices were now sent through **** website. We were paying the invoices on their website and then we found out that they weren't paying ***! So now I have $40,000 of invoices open on our *** account that wasn't paid by **** even though we paid **** and over $8,000 in late fee even though we always paid our invoices on time.
