Delivery Issues I have delivered a load PRO#****** for Worldwide Express on 06/07/2023. After delivery i have sent all the PODs to the broker and team within 24 hours. I have sent the invoice and all other documents to the accounting on 06/08/2023. It has been more than 3 months since I delivered the load and sent them invoice for $1100 for payment but did not get paid yet. They do not pick the phone. I have sent accounting department so many emails but no response.

Billing Issues In August of 2022 I received a phone call from Worldwide Express claiming that they were going to be our new account rep for *** and that this will be so much better because we'll have our own personal rep to contact about any issues we may have with *** shipping. Service or Repair Issues We were switched over to World Wide Express from *** small business without consent. We have tried this service and have been trying for the last 4 months to revert our account solely back to ***. Over the many hours spent contacting World Wide Express there has been no resolution.

Billing Issues Waiting for payment on PRO ****** and PRO ****** with invoices and supporting documents submitted over 4 months ago and have sent numerous emails, have left voicemails, and nobody will call back or respond to my emails. Besides not being paid for the load yet we are also awaiting reimbursement for a lumper fee paid. I have never done business with such a horrible company.

Billing Issues Worldwide Express charged me for approximately 1/2 dozen shipments that were billed to receiver. These shipments occurred in March and April of 2013. The employees (2 of them now) who handle my account have so far made empty promises about updating my old invoices to reflect the overcharges. Billing Issues There was an agreement to deliver a product from one shipment to another. This agreement took place on 04/27/2023 and was completed on 04/28/2023 "without issues". As per contract Worldwide Express has ***** days to remit payment via factoring. Payment has not been remit as of 08/07/2023. There was a promise to pay on 07/25/2023, however, Worldwide Express failed to remit payment as per their obligation to do so. Customer Service Issues Worldwide Express called our office on 9/8/2022 and informed us that they would be taking over our *** account of more than 35 years. We made it perfectly clear that we did NOT want Worldwide Express to service our *** account going forward. We will pay Worldwide Express for the entire balance on the account as long as our account reverts back to servicing by ***.
