Company was very helpful and gave us lower prices on our UPS shipments. My rep Halle s**** was helpful when a freight shipment was lost. We were able to get it recovered in a timely manner.
Have had a great experience with Worldwide and great relationship with my rep. Get the same great service from UPS small package shipping but with better service.

Trying to vet paid for loads that we did for them- not answering phone calls or emails. Impossible to reach.
Avoid this company at all costs. Their sister company, GLOBALTRANZ is ************* DONT DO ANY BUSINESS.Rep quotes something which we agreed and delivered and after 5 weeks, They send another Invoice and tried to charged your credit card without your consent.When I looked online, Found out that they always tries to get a business by quote and then ripped you off by overcharging afterwards. They will quote a shipment and then try and **** you for double the quoted amount. They will lie and make up any and every excuse. When ... read more
we hauled a load for them Feb/23, we still have not been paid. They do not answer the phone or emails ! They have terrible communication.
