Billing Issues This company falsely represented a shipment of wine represent a full case and only delivered a single bottle for a significant markup. They marked a regularly avaliable product 800% to falsely represent the product. They hide behind a no return policy to protect their profit over customer satisfaction.

Product Issues ************** has been incorrectly for $12,436.87 in *** charges on 11/1/2025. We do not give out our *** account number yet someone else was able to use it. I created a dispute including all tracking numbers and amounts. We were credited $10,514.36 on 12/6/25 for these fraud charges. We still need a credit for 4 more charges totaling, $1,922.51. Billing Issues We were notified back last year that we would now have to use WorldWide Express. We have been a customer with *** for well over 30 years. We do not wish to use WorldWide Express anymore. They are one of the worst companies we have ever had to deal with. Horrible at getting anyone on the phone, never retuning phone calls. Product Issues For the past 4 months Worldwide Express has been debited my checking account for *** and charging a late fee. They auto debit my checking account so there is no reason for a late fee every week. At this point there is over $3,000.00 in charges that are owed to me. When I have called them for the last 4 months to complain they tell me that they are sorry and they are working on the refunds and are working to stop the late charges but the problem keeps happening. Product Issues The worst customer service i have ever had in my 45 years in business - run - don't walk away from these !!!! and now are billing me double on invoices dated 6/11/25 and 7/19/25 and the "customer reps" ***** ***** and ******* ****** won't correct it or even call me back. RUN - DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!! I have wasted 7 months trying to get simple things done with them. I am done - I just signed up with *****.

Billing Issues In March of 2025 our roughly 11 shipping accounts were moved from the *** platform/billing summary to Worldwide Express also known as Speedship without my consent. Since March I have been attempting to have all the accounts moved back to the *** platform and Billing Summary that works for our organization, and we had used for more than 10years. Worldwide Express is advising me to open a new account with ***. This is what we will do to resolve this months long issue, however all presets and saved addresses of our customers will be lost and time consuming to set up in a new account. Not happy with the resolution since we've been waiting over a month to hear anything from them.

Billing Issues Our company is experiencing turmoil from the 'transition' *** imposed on us to ship *** via Worldwide Express since March, as a number of mounting issues continue to overwhelm us regarding billing, high shipping cost, unfair additional fees, and now a claim for a shipment that never arrived at our customer's for which we need a higher refund for the loss to cover the shipping cost in full in order to refund this to the customer as well as waiting for months on other credits they said would be processed which h... read more

Billing Issues I have been using and doing business with *** for 30 years. I have a daily pick up and pay my bills on time. 5 weeks ago *** handed my billing over to Worldwide Express as a third party billing company. We had no choice in this.
