Earlier this year, we were told that Worldwide Express would be handling our *** billing. Our shipping service would stay the same, but the invoices would start coming from Worldwide Express. Every month since they started billing us in March, we have had late payment fees added to our invoice. Almost $400 in late payment fees since March. We have been told that it is a *** billing issue, and its being resolved, but we are still being charged late fees when our payments have not been late one time. Do not do business with this company. They lure you in with competitive rates, then reclass all of your shipments and charge you over double. I have lost thousands of dollars by giving this company a chance.I have done hundreds if not thousands of freight shipments and never experienced such high charges and discrepancies, completely opposite of what they quoted. I have no idea which Unishippers franchise calls us but it's monthly, weekly, and I've already received 2 calls before noon. We repeatedly tell the caller we do not need their services. How can we make these calls stop?
