Product Issues For the past 4 months Worldwide Express has been debited my checking account for *** and charging a late fee. They auto debit my checking account so there is no reason for a late fee every week. At this point there is over $3,000.00 in charges that are owed to me. Product Issues The worst customer service i have ever had in my 45 years in business - run - don't walk away from these !!!! and now are billing me double on invoices dated 6/11/25 and 7/19/25 and the "customer reps" ***** ***** and ******* ****** won't correct it or even call me back. Billing Issues In March of 2025 our roughly 11 shipping accounts were moved from the *** platform/billing summary to Worldwide Express also known as Speedship without my consent. Since March I have been attempting to have all the accounts moved back to the *** platform and Billing Summary that works for our organization, and we had used for more than 10years. This is what we will do to resolve this months long issue, however all presets and saved addresses of our customers will be lost and time consuming to set up in a new account. Not happy with the resolution since we've been waiting over a month to hear anything from them.

Billing Issues I have been using and doing business with *** for 30 years. Service or Repair Issues In January, I received a suspicious email from Worldwide Express stating I was required to move my account from *** to them for and I would get a new account number. I called *** customer service and was told that was not true. I emailed **** back and told them I was not interested, I wanted to stay with **** In February, I received a call from **** and spoke with Bay To. Delivery Issues They delivered furniture to me and required the unloading to be completed within 30 minutes after the truck arrives, otherwise I would have to pay a high temporary fee. They also collected a $200 overtime deposit in advance. The delivery was scheduled for 8:00 AM, but they were 40 minutes late, which caused me to incur additional costs for the unloading workers. Although I did not exceed the unloading time.From December 18th until now, they have not refunded my deposit.
