I dropped my work Explorer off on Thursday. They called and told me parts were ordered and should be ready on Friday. Sure enough called me Friday afternoon fixed!!! Great Service!!!
This is the place where I always get my car works done. So far I'm satisfied. Everything is done quickly and pricing is reasonable. Talking to my friends and colleagues I often hear that they have a a feeling that someone tries to add some unnecessary services to get more money out of them. Here I don't see that. If for some case I cannot schedule appointment online, I chat to representative online, someone calls me back and find a way to squeeze me to a frame of time I need.
So happy to be involved with this organization. Very professional and family oriented. Definitely NOT corporate America!!

This is a World-Class dealership. I was greeted with happy and helpful employees from the first time I walked in until I started looking at all of the inventory. AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!
This place is TERRIBLE!!!!!! I have left message after message asking for a return call from a manager in the service department also from GM. Absolutely NO attempt to call back or get to talk to anyone. Charged over $600.00 😮for a battery change! I can not express how awful this place is. AVOID at all costs!

This is probably my most frustrating visit to Wyatt Johnson Ford. Normally the service is top tier. Not this time. I went for my general 6k mile inspection with my EV. They’re normally phenomenal with providing round trip uber service to work at drop off and pick up. My assigned service attendant is usually super communicative with where my car is and next steps. I will never go to Wyatt Johnson Ford again. They tried to charge me $6,303 for parts & labor to fix the sun roof shade. The one of the clips on the sun shade for the Sunroof broke. The service department charged me $239 plus tax just to look at the problem to tell me what the problem was.
