I called before taking my truck in for an oil and filter change and was told to bring it on in that day. I was in and out in less than an hour without an appointment. Pretty good experience overall.
Bunch of GREAT people employed there!!!!!!! I know dealerships "usually" get a bad name but hey its mostly the employees that make a dealership GREAT and these employees are doing just that!!
I have purchased new and used cars from Crown Ford, and have used Crown Ford/Wyatt Johnson Service since 2000. I have found both Retail and Service employees to be unfailingly polite, knowledgeable and Customer-Service oriented.
