my experience was horrible. I brought my truck in to fix an issue and left with same issue minus 2,000 dollars. if they didn't know what was wrong they should have said that and not have me pay for something that wasn't the problem. I will be calling ford corporate office and disputing the charges on my card. you'll need to hire a more experience staff not people who guess at issues.

I’ve been a loyal Ford customer, having owned six Ford vehicles since 2014, with my previous four purchased from Jenkins and Wynne, where I always received prompt and professional service. I waited over 4 hours only to be told that there was no one available to look at my car because allegedly the upholstery people or whatever - one was in training and one was out. They told me this the last time i was made to wait this long for a repair that now i have my doubts about. I doubt they train their people this well and this often since they have so many open cases with the Better Business Bureau. I dont mind waiting - i know they are busy and have a high influx of cars but over 4 hours?? This stinks of mismanageme... read more

They fixed something that didn’t fix my problem and then when I brought it back for the original issue 2 weeks later, they wanted me to pay again for what they apparently found only the second time bringing it in. $1500 to fix a seal. Will be calling the BBB on them.

After 2 days of working over the phone with Conner Lewis, one of the salesmen, we were finally able to get numbers finalized so I could get financing taken care of by my Credit Union. At approximately 2:38 pm he asked for several things (my drivers license, insurance card, current car registration, 10- day payoff for our trade in, and a deposit) so his business manger could prepare the paperwork that our Credit Union needed (all we needed at this point was a buyers order) to get a check ready. Talked to Alfredo in sales and was sent a picture of the KBB value of my trade in, was told that I would be given a certain amount for my trade as long my trade was in as good of condition as I told them it was.
