They also send you texts messages to links with photos and info about issues with your car. You can immediately choose what you want them to fix so you know the cost right then. No back and forth calls trying to reach your advisor - it’s all done through the text/online system. So easy and hassle free!

RecommendedWent in for a tire sensor light, Sean diagnosed it on the spot, told me the price, booked me an appointment. Took 10 mins. Dropped my car off on appointment day, 4 hours later it was ready. Price was actually cheaper than quoted, no upselling, no nonsense. The staff is super friendly, informative, and fast. She was top notch at explaining what my 60k maintenance plan included, and she did not try to force me into getting any service I did not want. She did take the time to explain how it could impact my warranty. My service was completed under 2 hours. They were even sure to give me a ride to get something to eat because they learned I had not eaten yet. Thank you for the stellar service to the staff and especially Kristen.
