Service advisor David Joiner did an excellent job communicating with me while my car was in service bay! The only thing I miss is a car wash when car is serviced that what I had at Raymond Kia Antioch Illinois where I bought the car new and had it serviced before I moved to Clarksville Tennessee.
They was courtesy and info us of everything that was wrong with the car.
Issues were addressed in timely manner.

no service completed. arrived at 2:00. still hadn't started at 4:00 so i left
Came in with a driving vehicle and left with my car being towed. This is just from them doing diagnostic.
This was the worst experience ever. Wyatt Johnson VW/Kia representative Jonathan Vickery Jr. was the most rude person I have ever encountered. Wyatt Johnson VW/Kia Personnel charge for an incomplete diagnostic in car Golf, charged me for service that did not fixed my vehicle issues. I would not recommend this dealership to anybody.
