I was pleasantly greeted by Janel on my way to the car I was interested in. She was happy to answer my questions and then went to get the keys (dealership had just opened). First of all the customer service on this day was ok until i noticed my tires were not rotated. 3/5/22 had an oil change,fuel filter and rotation after they finished my tires were not rotated witch brought to question was everything else done. Had to ask for a supervisor twice and called after I left and still didn't get a return call I like coming here but that day didn't go very well and had to come back because it needed balanced cause my steering wheel had a slight vibration at high speeds and turns over 60 so had to hav... read more

We had the best car buying experience EVER! Janel Adkins helped us find the right car to meet our needs! She went over and beyond to allow us to take our time and make the best choice for our family.. Janel walked us thru the entire process and made it a breeze. The gentleman in the finance department, Mr. Nash was a pleasure to work with as well and made that process so quick and easy.
