Barbara in wireless customer service has been very helpful to me on at least 2 occasions. The first was arranging overseas coverage 2 weeks ago and the second was unraveling a couple cell phone issues today. She is very knowledgeable and really understands customer service. Very helpful purchasing and setting up a new phone.
I have been having trouble sending emails out. Called Yadtel and spoke to the help center. Barbara Gentry was the lady I spoke with. She was very helpful, patient and worked me through my problem. Job well done Barbara!
