Jerric made the process of switching service over to Yadtel seamless! He was very patient, answered all my questions and walked me through the service options and costs. I have been having trouble sending emails out. Called Yadtel and spoke to the help center. Barbara Gentry was the lady I spoke with. She was very helpful, patient and worked me through my problem. Job well done Barbara!
