Directions were incomplete put I eventually figured it out, but you need better pictures and instructions.

Set up per instructions and it took off cleaning pool and was level the whole time. Cleans up the sides to the water line as well as down and up from the deep end. Wonderful experience after using the clunky Hayward Pool Vac. Well worth the what I paid. Using with a 20K gal lagoon pool just resurfaced with new mini pebble tec.

It works well, but after I had to purchase 2 more weights for the hose, those should have been included, 1 was, but not enough.
