3.0 out of 5 stars Great Vacuum Overall, Frustrating Hose Disconnection Though This is a great pool cleaner, as long as the hose stays connected to the head unit. From day one, it's been difficult to press the hose hard enough into the vacuum head to have it hold for any length of time. My wife isn't able to do it at all. When it is working, I love it. I just can't trust that it will stay connected and working throughout the day because the hose doesn't stay connected reliably.
4.0 out of 5 stars Easy to use. Throw it in and let it go. I have a Polynesian Hung liner pool. It climbs the vinyl and the fiberglass portion of the walls like a champ. Did not have assembly instructions. Watched another video on YouTube no issues.
5.0 out of 5 stars Looks freaky; works great! We are in Southern California where the pool and jacuzzi are in use year-round. This replaces a more expensive robot vac and was recommended by our pool maintenance guy. Fewer moving parts to break and this cleaned up a pervasive light yellow algae that the other vac had left (for years!). The instructions for setup were overly complicated; just plug the sucker in and it WORKS. I’m impressed and highly recommend this vac!
5.0 out of 5 stars Put on the right amount of hose. I had some minor issues hooking up to my skimmer intake and getting the pressure correct but after that was solved it is working fine. It cleans the bottom and sides very well. It doesn’t do steps or sit out, but that’s easy to do by hand. It was somewhat pricey compared to some of the other pool cleaners I saw on Amazon, but they may not work as well or they may not come with everything that is needed, don’t know. But I do know this one works well.

I had a Kreepy K. for 20 years and I like this better. Easy to assemble and install. I had a couple of rocks caught in it and it was easy to disassemble, remove and reassemble. Works like a champ!

I finally got Amazon involved and after two more days the issue was resolved. However, I still have never heard from seller. Will buy this vacuum again, but not from this seller!
