Great Product and Value This is my second G3. I have been very happy ,easy to install and works great when pool suction is adjusted properly per specifications. They provide a suction tool so can test suction of your pool and adjust accordingly for best performance.. Low maintenance ,not many parts to replace on this pool cleaning device.

Best Value for The Money The G-3 is a great value, especially for those with kidney shaped pools. However, this is definitely not a "perfect" cleaner and has its flaws. With proper hacks and maintenance protocols, it is a very competent device. But those who desire maintenance or tinkering free activity on a weekly basis, pool owners should look elsewhere to robotic "crawl" cleaners that unfortunately exist at higher price point. Pro Tip 1--The suction or difficulty in separating out the cannister seals to empty the filter is real. What I do is add a thin later of submersible pipe lubricant on the cannister seal. This allows me to easily remove the leaf cannister top and empty the filter material. Pro Tip 2- Clean the leaf cannister regularly. This greatly impacts performance and the service range of the G3. Bottom Line--For the price, this is a great vacuum, especially for those with irregular or kidney shaped pools. However, it does take regular maintenance and implementation of the pro tips above.

Excellent cleaner With our pool remodel we replaced our previous Zodiak cleaner. With only one moving part (the diaphragm) this is perhaps the least costly cleaners to repair. It does an outstanding job at cleaning both the bottom and sides of the pool.
