It does the job, especially since it only has one moving part. This is the third G3 that I've owned. The first I left when I sold the house, the second deteriorated after 3 years of use. I could have replaced parts, but decided a shiny new one was a better deal.

Life Changer! I've had "delicate" Hayward pool vac heads for 30 years, with short life spans and multiple rebuilds. My Florida pool has corner angles and the 3Pro Pool cleaner has cleared my daily schedule for pool maintenance. It moves everywhere, sucks up everything and gets those hard to clean corners. This G3 is a good replacement for my old Kreepy Krauly. The two issues I have are (1) the guard ring or whatever its called constantly gets stuck on my pool light and steps and (2) I don't like the connection to the skimmer that requires me to remove the skimmer basket to connect directly to the suction line below it. This allows all leaves etc to go straight to the pump and sand filters instead of being caught in the skimmer basket. To be fair, I could not find another new competitor with my desired connection.
