It’s ok. After a month of use I believe I am snoring a little less but I do wake up frequently and it’s never gotten comfortable. The product seems to work as advertised but it’s not a magical fix.

The Zyppah product really works. It has helped my marriage so much now that my husband and I both able to sleep through the night. I highly recommend the Zyppah anti-snoring device.

I contacted their customer service regarding their statement in their instruction pamphlet that the Zyppah device shouldn't be used by someone with sleep apnea. They were very responsive & helped with me returning 1 of the 2 devices I'd purchased. The one I kept I'm using & it works very well. However, I wish I'd kept the other one for my husband. His "sleep" doctor said it would have been fine for him to use.

First night my husband could finally sleep without hearing me snore. The fit was good. Took about 3 nights to not notice I even have it on.

The initial “new style” zyppah didn’t work out for me. They replaced it with the Edge. Worked better for me. With Any of the devices , the teeth fit gel isn’t great. All in all it did really minimize my snoring according to my wife. Support division was good on all returns.

Customer service is outstanding. They respond and take care of issues quickly. I am still in the break in stage of the device. I honestly don’t know how it will be? Just the first week with 15 minutes a day has been hard for me. My mouth is not that big and it seems to gag me. I am going to give it my all and see if I can make it work. Maybe a one size fits all is a problem though. I will try to update afterwards.
