I am at peace with the way they care for my mom. When I speak with their staff, they express so much care for her. I have been sick for almost two weeks recently and was unable to visit my mom. I felt assured that she will get great care and I can focus on getting well. Every staff from nurse, to CNA, to OTs and PTs, and Nursing Management, they know her and interact with her. I am grateful that mom is well cared for.
My mother was transferred to Victorian Post Acute for rehabilitation after a serious fall and subsequent hospitalization. Due to an evening arrival and probably staffing shortage, we waited almost 2 hours for someone to come into her room. However, during mother's 2-week stay, we found most of the staff very caring. My sister got recently admitted here. Kudos to all Nursing staffs ! They're all friendly and very compassionate. If you want your loved ones to get a proper rehabilitation after hospitalization, this place is well-recommended.
Night shift Nurses failed to reorder thyroid medication three times in three weeks. No fresh fruit or vegetables on Mondays. Day shift and evening shift nurses kind, skilled and conscientious but overworked.
I have been to the Victorian Post Acute on several different occasions, each and every time I have been greeted by the front desk staff with a friendly respectful greeting. The Covid protocols are user friendly with temperature checks and self recording. The building is clean with friendly, happy staff. My grandmother has been to other rehabilitation facilities before and Victorian was one of the nicest. From the beginning staff was very friendly. Every time I visited her nurses were very helpful. Her meals were provided in the dining area were I would get to sit with her while she had her meals. Staff is always working hard to make sure the facility is clean.
Victorian Post Acute is the best skilled nursing facikity that i have stayed. I am a cutrent resident and i love the compasionate staff and the care that they provide to me and my roomate. The Administrator Matt is espicially helpful and rssponds to my concrrns and needs. I am truly appreciative that a beautiful facikity like this exists in San Francisco.

I am leaving a review as a family member who uses yelp to help me pick out a restaurant or new places to visit so I wanted to give a review for others who are considering victorian post acute for their loved ones or themselves. Victorian post acute was clean and smelt great. The care that was provided was excellent and I loved how they took care of my mother. She was there for short term rehab and the rehab was incredible.
