Wow, what a modern and classy place. It's nice to see how important it is to not only maintain a beautiful facility on the outside , but also to have the caring and friendly staff to match on the inside. Victorian Post Acute really is up to par with their care, friendliness and staff support.

After several Skilled Nursing Facilities tours we chose Victorian Post Acute. This was my moms first time at a skilled nursing facility and this place was the right choice. Admission department explained how the insurance would work which was one less thing to worry about. Spoke to other staff members that continued to explain my moms progress throughout her stay. I've been staying here for 3 weeks, Most of the nurse aids are very helpful and patient. During the night, if you've urgent needs, it's next to impossible to get attention by pushing the call button. You can hear TV noises and people talking. B ut there was no one insight on the floor. It's scary to think one can have life threatening situations but being neglected. I suffered all night being awaken by nurse shouting at my roommate after midnight, Later I push my button trying to ask for sleeping aid without any response... read more

If I have a knee replacement on my other knee, I hope I rehabilitate at Victorian Post Acute. Almost a year ago I wrote a mixed review of the facility while I was a patient because a nurse practitioner failed to see me before the weekend as planned. Since then I have made an excellent recovery. I give much of the credit to the skilled and kind physical therapists at Victorian. I've already posted a review. I spent about 6 weeks as a patient there a couple of years ago. If Matt Russell is still the Administrator there I'll stand with my posted review. Matt is outstanding. He has a great amount of integrity and genuinely cares for each individual who comes there as a patient. It's a tough and trying thing to do-acute care. Hey Victorian Post Acute, Great place you have here. Very much like the neighborhood and facility. I do apologize for all my questions. You have an incredible staff. Everyone was so helpful. There was a little lady not sure her name Christine or Justine but she was still answering my calls and ensuring me that everything will be ok. It was getting late I believe it was passed 8pm. My grandfather stay here after his surgery and was treated very well. The nurse Anita was very attentive and caring. Would definitely recommend this facility.

I have been satisfied with the care and service provided. The team have been super wonderful and helpful. Especially during this pandemic, Shirley their social service helps me feel at ease. She shows true compassionate care for my mom and ensures that all her needs are met. Thank you!
