This place struck me as below average of its kind. I didn't like the phone situation at all. The patients don't have individual phones. I was told by the front desk to call the nursing station because it had a portable phone that was passed around to patients to use. I was unable to reach my boyfriend at all using this means because no one ever answered the phone (I wonder if it was cleaned between purported uses?).
