I had the pleasure of touring the facility from the administrator Matt Russell, he took pride and ownership in running the facility. I had plenty of questions since I do read reviews and asked for explanations on why some would be upset with the service and staff. I know as a person who gives reviews myself on other services this can be the reason why someone may chose another facility based on other complaints. However, I was impressed how friendly the staff was and how caring they seemed to be towards others. I also obs... read more
It is absolutely sensational and wonderful here the director is so great named matt russell. Come for yourself and see.
First things first this place is stunning! This is a wonderful facility with a staff that genuinely cares about the patient and their family. The staff was tremendous, in particular was Marina! She listens! She is truly a good hearted person and so are the many staff members that work at this facility. If you want your loved one to be cared for like a family member then this is the right place for them. More than just a facility, there is a true sense of family and teamwork among the staff.
An excellent place to recover. Attentive staff, great ambiance, excellent decor. Department managers pay close attention to detail
My name is Melanie Pilapil and I am working as the Director of Activities. It's a nice feeling working in an environment where you feel like you are home. The working relationship is kind of like you are in a family relationship from the Administrator to the CNA's . It's an excellent place to work where you will not feel the stress of everyday life. I really Love working here . It's really a nice and wonderful place to be in.
Great place for rehabilitation, beautiful building, clean, no smell and very attentive staffs and supportive management.
The lobby area is gorgeous, but this facility is kind o hit-and-miss. A number of staff members were very friendly and helpful, and the therapy is both caring and useful. However, if you have inflated expectations about your stay, you'll be disappointed. 1. Phones. There's only one rotating wireless phone for the entire facility, which means you probably won't be able to contact a loved one easily. 2. Appearance. Some rooms look better than others, but some rooms (and nearly all of the basement, where the exercise sessions ... read more
My brother spent 8 weeks recovering from spinal surgery. On the plus side some of their caregivers and outstanding and really genuinely care for their patients. The therapy and social services staff stand out. The aides who do a lot of the care are great. The Speech Therapists are absolute rock stars. However, their administrative/nursing communication is very poor. Incident #1: I discussed using their transport service for an appointment but when they called me to arrange it was too complicated (wrong times, etc) so I... read more
My father was transferred to Victorian post acute rehab after the surgery at CPMC. The inpatient medical staff provided excellent care and service for him. The nursing staff was attentive and very persistent in making sure that his medical needs were seen to. The therapy sessions have been very good. Across the board, everyone provided excellent level of care.
Victorian Post Acute has a 4.1 star rating with 157 reviews.
