When you call, either no live person answer the phone, or only answering machine. Try to reach admission for 2 days, keep leaving message and no response. Terrible business handling.
Terrible. Dont put your family there. Food awful, Nurse overwhelmed, no one knows what they are doing, all equipment broken. Patients yelling no one wants to help if you ask for help. Rehab and permanent Patients are all mixed together. I can go on and on with all the terrible things.
Do NOT!! SEND YOUR LOVED ON E Here! Words can not express the neglect of seniors in this facility one day my Mom was here I came I explained she will fall out of bed and get hurt , I left to get lunch just to see if they would prevent or attend to her while I stepped out sure enough she falls we ask for bed rails fall Matt's nothing provided it's just the beginning overmediticated my mother to the point she couldn't open her eyes eat or talk they did this because of her sun downing so they don't have to listion to her talk... read more
The space allotted to the patients is tiny. There doesn't appear to be any call buttons. There is no public handicapped bathroom for visitors. I have seen mice in the room. To enter the building, there is a locked gate, but no doorbell. The staff seem to be nice. There are better care facilities in San Francisco.
They gave horrible care to my mother with cancer! You walk in and it smells like feces. You call and it takes hours for the nurses aid to help. The professionals were nice but no help. After no help from staff she was sent to the hospital. She couldn't eat or drink and they wouldn't put her on an iv like I requested as power of attorney.
My very close friend was transferred here several days ago. I called the nurses' station over 8 times the next day and no one answered the phone, so I went to visit her. She was crammed in a room with three beds, the occupant of one who had talk radio blaring. She was so despondent at the situation that she didn't want to talk or have company. The hallways were cramped with people (staff and patients in wheelchairs) but there was no one available to talk to me about my friend's care or needs. I've called twice today and... read more
If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. Negative 5 or more! Please do not put a loved one under the care of this facility. The staff is there to work for a pay check doing the minimum work possible. The administration, managers and therapists will tell you what they should be doing, not what they are actually doing. Scan any paperwork and take pictures of medicine they are administering. Get records of any kind of tests they do. They will lose specimens in order to create a new fee or reason for a person t... read more
I could rant and sound disgruntled but I'll try and keep it short. Staff called an ambulance for my grandmother because she couldn't breathe and then left her alone, unattended/not monitored. I walked in and found her in a panic gasping for air all alone. The paramedics arrived shortly after me. I asked thru text and email the admissions director Rocio Torres why was she left alone, what are the procedures... No reply. It's been almost two weeks. I emailed their main office and no reply. No one is holding a place like this ... read more
First impressions were all AWFUL!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE- Mice running around in the day - overcrowded old rooms, dirty rooms- very odorous..stained beds linens on bed made up for new arrival... I immediately left... you'd be better off in the ASPCA
