The reviews freaked me out but then I realized all the rehab places have horrifying reviews. This is a review of short term care there only. My mom was there aa little over a week. The good: the PT and OT staff are excellent. Suzette, Jamie, Aubrey and everyone who helped my mom was stellar. One of the daytime CNAs, Juanita, was exceptional. This place is lucky to have her. The staff at Beachwood Post Acute were incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. From the nurses to the therapists, everyone treated my family member with dignity and respect. The rehab team helped them regain strength faster than we expected, and we always felt informed and supported. We are truly grateful for the care they received here.

We had a very good experience at this rehabilitation center. The staff were kind, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. They made sure our loved one felt comfortable, supported, and well taken care of every day. Communication was clear, and the overall environment was clean and welcoming. We truly appreciate the dedication and compassion shown by the care team and would recommend this facility to others looking for quality rehabilitation care.

This is my candid review. It is difficult for remaining family members to remain strong when they have to witness an ailing parent. My family member was transferred to this facility, and I was grateful for the care he received before his passing. The staff on the 2nd floor treated him with compassion. They even welcomed a faith-based organization to come in and pray with the residents, which meant a lot. The nurses were always helpful and communicative with me. Food Is excellent!! Yolanda Arias responded to my special request for protein rich foods and no starches or empty calories. It was only with my food tray did I get a glass to use for drinking water. They are MARVELOUS - I feel supported - And I'm so glad to be here!! Recommend highly - 5+ stars!! Thank you!! Eleanor Long

Our sister, who is 75 and disabled has been a patient here for over a year. The staff has been very professional, personable, competent and caring. The facility is very clean. Our sister is very happy to be staying here. The staff have been very responsive to her needs.
