We had a very good experience at this rehabilitation center. The staff were kind, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. They made sure our loved one felt comfortable, supported, and well taken care of every day. Communication was clear, and the overall environment was clean and welcoming. We truly appreciate the dedication and compassion shown by the care team and would recommend this facility to others looking for quality rehabilitation care.

This is my candid review. It is difficult for remaining family members to remain strong when they have to witness an ailing parent. My family member was transferred to this facility, and I was grateful for the care he received before his passing. The staff on the 2nd floor treated him with compassion. They even welcomed a faith-based organization to come in and pray with the residents, which meant a lot. The nurses were always helpful and communicative with me. Food Is excellent!! Yolanda Arias responded to my special request for protein rich foods and no starches or empty calories. It was only with my food tray did I get a glass to use for drinking water. They are MARVELOUS - I feel supported - And I'm so glad to be here!! Recommend highly - 5+ stars!! Thank you!! Eleanor Long

Our sister, who is 75 and disabled has been a patient here for over a year. The staff has been very professional, personable, competent and caring. The facility is very clean. Our sister is very happy to be staying here. The staff have been very responsive to her needs.

My mother was admitted to the Sub Acute unit in December 2024 and I can honestly say that she has received excellent care! I am a nurse so YES I micromanage her care! The team at Beachwood has been very attentive and responsive to concerns from the admissions dept, nursing, and social services. Good communication helps to ease anxiety in this situation and they have done an excellent job at that. I truly appreciate you guys for handling my mother with care.

Great staff. From the assistants to the physical therapists, I was very comfortable and felt I was reaching my goals I was setting for myself. The only downsize I felt I was I released too early. This was a decision made by Kaiser because of the progress I made.

Beachwood is a good and very well operated Healthcare facility. Social Workers provide supportive and responsible assistance. Nurses and staff well perform their responsibilities. However, doctors provide no communication, information or support for responsible families members. My dementia mother spent 73 days at Beachwood and no doctor communicated with responsible, loving. and Caring family at all.

Beachwood was amazing. The nursing staff, physical therapists, and office staff are professional, caring, and so personable. Having a family member in a dire situation was stressful but the staff at Beachwood helped with everything.
