We had a water leak from the drain pan for our A/C. Water leaked through the ceiling and walls and soaked and stained the carpet below. I was afraid we would have mold damage and a major repair project replacing sheet rock and carpet. Tim came to our home shortly after I called the office and he immediately assessed the situation and started the drying process. He was professional, patient and throughly explained the process. I completely forgot to do a review last year in August when our house flooded. The crew at first call was very courteous, had a very fast response time and just all-around genuine people. We started to notice water rising on a Friday afternoon and by 8 o’clock we were desperate for help I called 1st call and they were here in a flash. They were in and out of our house in no time. We have used them twice now and they have been extremely professional, polite, compassionate to our situation, quick to respond, and just all around amazing. Especially Aaron Rogers who has responded both times and has been awesome. Thank you to 1st Restoration and Aaron for making our bad situation better!

During a crisis, Tim and Bryan came to the rescue! All the team was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They did a fantastic job and are still involved. Another positive is that they are locally owned and operated and were at our flooded lake house within an hour on a late Sunday afternoon and stayed until midnight to get the water out! Great group and they are helping make a bad experience much better! Many thanks!!
We've had a wonderful experience with 1st Call Restoration. We had a stopped up hose from our A/C. We caught it fairly early (with a puddle on the living room floor) and even though the sheetrock and boards in the ceiling were very wet, the work to restore the area will be minimal because of the care Aaron and the others that were with him provided. Thank you Aaron and the gentleman who was with you ( I want to say Titus but I know I am wrong)! They called before heading out to give us a heads up. They arrived and were super friendly and polite, immediately made us feel comfortable. They walked us through every step they made and was sure to explain everything they were doing. Not only did they fix the problem fast but they come back daily to check on the problem. Thanks again guys!
