I have been a tenant for four years. For four years I have tried to get this apartment complex to seal the windows in my living room so wasps don't continuously get in; however, each spring and summer, I have to play pest control and kill wasp after wasp, which I am allergic. Pest control has been to the apartment and inspected the windows and said they are not sealed properly and notified the office. The experience here is great overall and service requests are handled in a timely manner. The cons are that the gate seems to always be broken. There is no enforcement on people entering through the wxit gate which has almost caused very bad accidents a few times. The neighbors above me are extremely loud at all hours of the day and night and it continues after several complaints to the office. I will not be renewing my lease because of the neighbors.
