I spoke to Trisha the property manager at Citrus Creek East and felt need to send this email as she is not able to handle our situation. I received a letter on my door that during inspections other day that a pet was found in my apt. My wife was present for the whole inspection no pet was there, When we got rid of our pets my wife became allergic during her pregnancy with twins. Your system would not let me create an account so that I could pay my bill on line. I have been a resident at Grand Palms Apt 300 for over 7 years and I need someone to fix a broken system that won't let a resident create an account.

Was very nice and love the people but hate how you get treated started off affordable and every time to renew it went up 50 dollars or more so now that's 150 dollars less I needed to pay other bills not to mention something wrong with the electric bill is spiked high paying 250 for one bedroom is unheard of and called to complain to engerty but the assured to me it's right so for a month I turned off all breakers except like tv and lights and it was only 50 so you tell me it cost 200 to run air condition when it cold and it... read more

I am a current resident at your Walnut Creek apartment. I have had issues with reporting maintenance issues since we moved here. Some how a work order gets lost in the shuffle and takes over a month to get done. The maintenance people NEVER leave a note alerting us that they were in our home. The only reason why I know they were here this time is because they left a mess on my mantle and dripped paint on the expensive frame that my marriage license is in. Upon arrival for my move in day, the apartment smelled like smoke and carpet is definitely not clean. Before agreeing to the lease, I specifically asked the leasing agent if the carpet would be replace and she said yes. When I brought the issue to her attention, she denied it. Totally not satisfied with the apartment at all. If I had known that upfront, I would have never agreed to stay with 1st Lake. Thanks!

I want to start my review by stating that the apartment and staff at Palmetto Creek office has been a very positive experience for the first month. Let's hope it will continue for the next 17 months. However, I do have an issue with the RVP - Randy at their headquarters. He has refused to refund my daughter $150 that was added to her bill in error due to their inability to timely process paperwork. They have been having contruction for about three months and making so much noise. this morning on a SATURDAY they are banging directly out side my door and patio at 8 AM IN THE MORNiNG. How inconsiderate. I have two young kids 2 and 5 that woke up because of this banging. cannot even have a peaceful day off. Then to top it off, i had to walk under a ladder to go check my mail. Ridiculous!

Waking up to warm pools of toilet bowl water wasnt on the New Year of agenda, but thats just expected at flowergate. The maintenance is lethargic and falls short!!! THREE days of contaminated water from an ignored leak, and told everyone's on vacation? Im telling all, spend your money elsewhere. They dont care, and their upkeep starts and ends with the bushes and flowers
