Glad my lease is up. Way over priced. While staff is courteous and friendly the pool area has no rules. Large groups smoking hookahs and playing loud music with profanity and dancing inappropriately. Couldn't enjoy my last day at the pool.

My husband and I have lived in Fox Run Apartments, Building 12, #345, for over 5 years. Unfortunately, I have had to write a few of these emails because every single time something breaks or leaks in our apartment, it pretty much takes an email like this one to get anything done. I am a resident at the Premises 2 Apartments. Since my relocation from my hometown, Houston, Texas. I was referred to Metairie and chose 1st lake properties as my choice of living to crazily discover the many disadvantages I’ve had living in this specific complex. If I can give less than one star I would . I live in Sawmill creek apartments and have a horrible renting experience . I am currently looking to move . The management is horrible . The maintenance is even worse . I would never recommend anyone move in these apartment and will do what I can to expose how the tenents are treated here

I was a tenant at your 1st Lake properties located at 2616 Georgia ave. in Kenner La my apartment flooded due to a hot water heather burst that inundated my apartment. the manager did not offer any help relocating us to a hotel or to give us a new apartment. we had to sleep in a wet apartment. The next day I went to demand a hotel room or another apartment. and she gave us an apartment that was under construction with a dismantle washer and dryer and a bathroom that leak all night long. Today I came home to a massive amount of water behind my front door. I understand that you all do a great job keeping the grounds looking great and every so often the hallways and stairs are pressure washed but today my floor mat was throw away from my door and not replaced and when I opened my front door the entire space by my door and closet was filled with water. "Artesia is a gated community, offering the perfect balance of convenience and serenity". - THE SERENITY that is advertised does not apply to GARBAGE COLLECTORS at 4-5 am on Monday & Friday mornings. I think it is a shame that you have to wait three weeks to get a dryer repaired and as of February 23, 2019, it is still not repaired. I pay for the amenities. It may not be important and/or an emergency to 1st Lake property but it is an emergency to me. I have to go the the laundromat to dry clothes. One of the reason I rented the apartment is because of the washer and dryer. 1st Lake expect their rent on time and I expect my repairs in a much timely manner.
