Hot water tank breaks sometime during the night, maintenance man come and they can't fix it busted OLD out his mouth. So it's Sunday 12/30/2018 no hot water till Wednesday... That is so unacceptable on so many levels... They should have access to a credit cards or something Lowes or Home Depot.... This place is Old needs repairs Damn roaches we bomb once a month on or own... Neighbors above us Stomp All hours of the night.... $992 FOR WHAT DAMN TERRYTOWN PROJECTS.... TRASH ON STEPS

The manager of your Millstream Property is very rude and unnecessarily disrespectful. She is arrogant and condescending towards us despite us always being respectful and polite upon entering the office. She handles us with a consistent and unwarranted aggressive tone. She always has an attitude every single time We come to the office no matter what the occasion. We have lived here through two lease terms and when we initially moved in, back in early 2017 the management was much nicer. She does not greet us with the kindness ... read more

Hello I live at Hickory Creek East in building 1901. Recently you all have been replacing the railing on the stairways and in the halls. This review is more geared towards the answering service and construction crew. When I came home yesterday the railing was completely removed that is right by my door ( I live on the second floor). I've been here 3yrs every year they go up 30 something dollars.I have never been late. My apt is always clean. I'm quiet keep to myself. They moved the office now the South side is not maintain. The pool was non functional the majority of the summer.For a one bedroom the price should not be raised up every year. These apartments need upgrading.

Elizabeth Hughes is the MOST unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. I was struggling to make my payment with First Lake. And instead of being kind and caring and attempting to work with me. She was rude, and abrasive, and just plain unprofessional. Honestly, she was rude and a very UNFRIENDLY person prior to my falling behind in rent. JUST RUDE! I live in the lakes of chateau north. I called the office last week, about noise I was hearing scratching on the bathroom door. Well pest control came out and put down traps. Well I report when we first moved in over 5 months ago about a hole I had in my bathroom which they never came in fix. So now they put the trap down a rat came out of the hole which was the size of a small kitten. On today, 11/19/18, I was greeted by a flooded first floor. To my surprise, this also affected 5 other neighbors. I am not sure why I and other residents [4 other apartment complexes last week] should deal with this issue, if rent has increased. Instead of painting doors, fix the hot water tanks that are outdated, the plumbing that is horrendous after the rain, and the lack of other maintenance and parking issues that paying customers deal with on a month-to-month basis! This is the most awful apartment I've ever stayed in. Its falling apart in different places, I've put multiple maintenance requests in with no response, the "scheduled preventive maintenance" never showed up, the gate is always broken and never working, we were never given our own copy of the lease agreement, AND the office "lost" the paper copy of our lease agreement and cannot find it online.
