I've lived here for 5 years and have encountered so many problems since being here. The staff is always fluctuating and never helpful. The other day I came back from vacation and mine car was missing. After asking the office they said they did not tow my car and that it was probably stolen. After calling the police, and then calling every tow truck company I found that the apartment complex did tow my car but she didnt know why. After coming out of pocket 100 dollars and missing work I got my car back.

Our stay here, Regency Club Southfork Ave, over the past 14 months has been very unsatisfactory for several reasons, including: delay upon move-in, non-functioning appliances, heating unit malfunction during the winter, and a variety of fixtures being negligected to be tended to. Gallery apartments sold their apartment to me as a premier community with ample parking, however, upon signing the lease and moving to the apartment community from South East Texas I quickly learned that it couldn't be farther from the case. The first thing I noticed upon commencing my residence was terrible paint coating and finishing in the apartment. We are fearing for our lives living here, with the amount of domestic violence 911 calls we have had to make. People shouting and swearing and making threatening comments both day and night. I had to call 9-1-1 at least 5 times last night alone! Finally it sounded like the SWAT team took care of the situation. I will miss out on my daughter's only dance recital today...Too disturbed and tired to go out!

The whole apartment smells of tobacco when the tobacco addict moves in. This is atrocious. This is 2018, why do you allow smoking in your apartments? It's dangerous, unsightly, and unhealthy through second-hand tobacco. Ridiculous

Current Resident 2018 Not Recommended Reviewed 02/24/2018 Staff doesn't care about residents.. Filthy apartments when you move in, inside and out... Poor fitting windows and other residents smoking under our windows causes our apartment to smell like second hand smoke, even with best purifier we bought... Maintenance does things to your apartment (like spray toxic chemicals without warning residents first). THis caused all our personal care items to be covered with a combo of drywall and toxic spray. Never again will I call... read more
