Will never go again Cold food to start with. Then got my bill. Twice the amount it should have been there was food and drinks i didnt order on the bill twice i had to get them to re-adjust my bill.POOR MANAGEMENT. Poor Service. Lack of business skills.
Don’t, and I mean DON’T, order a steak. Seriously! Most disgusting steak I have ever had. Ordered medium. Received in between rare and medium rare. Returned it and they brought back another medium rare strip of fat. Paid $12 for a steak i didn’t even eat. Oil and pepper is all you taste. I will say I’ve tried a few other things that are ok but definitely not worth the price. The only thing that’s always amazing is the Zeplin Pretzels..
Our waitress took forever we didn't have drinks waited forever for my daughter to get some tea the waitress called her sir the steak was tough my baked potato was cold so overall it was not a good experience
I'm not the type to leave bad restaurant reviews, but this place was so disappointing. My wife and I originally went in for lunch a couple of months ago. The food was ok. The service was horrible, though. There might have been 4-5 other tables in the entire restaurant. It took approximately 45 minutes for our food to arrive (I had soup, my wife a salad). A huge disappointment! Came to celebrate and had the worst service! Waited for waters, meals didnt come out together and 3 steaks cooked wrong. Will not be back and I would advise everyone to take your celebration elsewhere.
We went to eat here last night for the first time and weren't happy at all. First, my steak wasn't cooked right so they took it back and put it back on to finish it and when I got it back it was tough and mostly fat. My husband got a hamburger he said it was bland didn't even taste like it had salt and pepper on it. Then when it was time to get our dessert we waited 30 more minutes for it to come out by that time we were just ready to go home and had already paid our bill. So much stuff was wrong we won't be back.
My husband and I went here for our anniversary dinner today. First things first, our server Jacob R was awesome. He had great customer service. However, our food came out cold. The garlic bread was hard, steaks were nothing but fat, and the baked potatoes weren't cooked all the way. My husband and I were very disappointed. After telling Jacob that we were unhappy he had a manager come by and talk to us. Father's Day dinner worst experience we've ever had my wife soup came to the table Stone Cold her sandwich was half the portion it was the first time we came I never did get my dessert wife and daughter both finished theirs when mine finally showed up to the table wrong will not return
