Our 1st time was really great, that's why last night we came back. But last night our server was a bit slow. When our food came, there was no utensils and napkins. We had to ask for it. Little things like this are really annoying, especially it should be the 1st thing they should put on the table. The food is great but the serving part needs a lot of work.
Good food but dirty booths, bad service and no Hospitality

My son requested 54th street for his birthday. I am a vegan so do not judge nonvegan restaurants on their food but instead on their service and willingness to accommodate. Our waitress was pleasant and offered me the vegetarian menu. The menu reads "entres with protein removed will be discounted." I ordered a loaded potato without butter, cheese, bacon or sour cream; basically a plain potato with broccoli. I also ordered sides of avocado and aspargus. I had the border basket thing...worst meal I have had in a looooong time. $20 for a plate of starch. Stale chips and tacos and hardly any meat. � told my waiter immediately that I didn't like it too and nothing was done to correct...
Took my son and his family there for his birthday. At first our server was pretty nice and told us what was good and what to avoid. Was our first time there. Ordered the queso which was delicious but ran out of chips and asked for more which never came after asking multiple times. My daughter in law ordered a margarita which took well over 15 min to get to the table. I myself ordered a salad with no carrots and when it arrived it had I swear triple the carrots. I didn't think is was anything special ....service was ok.
The worst experience I've ever had... We had 6 people and all but the kids meal was wrong.. The waitress was horrible and didn't get anything right. 2 people in our party didnt get there meal till the other 4 are.. Their food was cold and wrong.. The manager tried to fix it after the waitress disappear..
Well food taste great. But the service needs a lot of work. Took over 10 minutes to get our drinks ordered. Them my wife asked for ranch dressing when she ordered her food. She didn't get it pluss her meal was wrong. Sent it back and asked for ranch again, when it came back food was correct but no ranch dressing. Asked again and 5 min later waitress came to refill our drinks. Still no ranch dressing. Asked her again and finally got the ranch. My daughter and I are almost done eating.
