we have actively been waiting for a table for over 1.5 hours. our daughter chose this place for her birthday lunch and we are very dissapointed. we have been waiting outside in the heat and were originally told it would be 40 minutes. at 1 hr we had to go in to ask if we had a table and were told "your reserved table is still occupied and the people just won't leave" so we continued to wait and saw other large table come and eat and leave while we waited. still no word. probably will just get carryout and eat in our car. ver... read more
RecommendedWe enjoy going to 54th Street with friends. Good food and not real loud with their music and tvs during the week.
went out for lunch and had a server who acted completely tweaked out and asked us to go on a smoke break blah blah blah manager called me assured me he put her on leave and that I would be getting a gift card in the mail. this was months ago and never received. very unprofessional and annoying
My daughters wings were RAW!! She ate a few of them and they were rubbery and still had blood in them! I will never go there again! All the manager did was say can I bring u some more wing..... HELL NAW!!!
if your doing to - go your good that's okay but today after an exceptionally craptastic today decided to go in person with my mom and we would order to go while enjoying a summery drink.....geez us ...I chose to dismiss that whole rude factor/ ignoring us thing until my mother actually went up to the bar to pay after waiting for 15 minutes ...she stood there for a few then the kid just said " yea okay" and took the card out of her hand ..... wow note to self dont actually go into 54th street just stick to ordering Express t... read more
