Had a drinks and family ate their food there I ordered mines to go.... Brought it to work for lunch stirred my sour cream into my mashed potatoes and was eating and a brown hard bug was in them, needless to say turnt my stomach and couldn't eat my steak no more either......

I took my 24 year old autistic son to dinner last night for his birthday. We had a party of eight. We had a four year old and seven year old with us, too. We checked in and was told that it would be just a few minutes. We waited 45 minutes. Meanwhile tables of two, four, and five were seated ahead of us. They all came in after us. I never really have a bad experience here.. my wife & I had an early dinner around 4:30 on Saturday afternoon and staffing seemed to be an issue, but as always the food was delicious and the beer was cold!

I just ordered my food to go from the 54th street in Lee's summit and my broccoli is way over cooked. Usually the veggies are great but I am very disappointed. Im unhappy with my food today for sure.

It should never take 10 minutes for a server to acknowledge you only to let you know he will be right back for your drink order. 5 minutes rolls around and he swings by another table to flirt with a few girls for the 3rd time. 15 minutes at a table to put on our entire order because we were more than ready so we could wait over 40 minutes to get our food delivered cold, rubbery grilled chicken, cold pasta noodles and a kids quesadilla that was dried up and curling because it sat so long. Just tried to receive assistance at the 54th Street Lee's Summit location for a party of 8 (including 1 wheelchair). The General Manager tells me he has no way to assure we can get a wheelchair accessible table tomorrow around 5:15 pm. The only option is for us to come in and take our chances on when a wheelchair accessible table will be available. Please share this post and help spread the word that businesses need to do more than just the legal minimum to be handicap accessible.

Came here for lunch. Server took over 10 minutes to even take a drink order. It was not very busy yet either. She was very slow and poor at her job. Got our food after 30 minutes of sitting here. Food was cold for both of our meals. Manager finally came by 10 minutes later and asked if he could replace it but, my lunch break is now over. Thanks for the poor food and very very poor service. Guess no lunch today! Lees Summit 54th street needs better management!!
