Well ordered the 9 0z steak dinner for pickup. Didn't want the salad. Menu says loaded bake potato or steam veg. Salad. Med rare. Please.. Got charged $1.49 for potato. Steak was rare. Med rare has less pink. Rare. Med rare. Med well an well done.
I used to love the super nachos with chicken, now it's a tasteless lump of crap.. no Pico or lettuce.. only chips,cheese and chicken... May as well make em at home..don't bother with the management either.. they don't care
Where do I start? Waited 25 minutes for a glass of wine. Then our sandwiches came out with bread and the filling outside the bun. Floors were FILTHY! Our bill was not separated and we asked as soon as we sat down. Then as we were leaving the busser practically pushed my sister away from the table to retrieve our drink glasses. Will not return
My Son wanted to come here for his Birthday. They sat us on the Patio. There were 5 tables back there, hardly no room for people to walk around, including the servers. I even heard an employee say he did understand why the tables were like this. It was kinda uncomfortable. The good was good tho, as always.
Good atmosphere, but that's about it. The food was way over cooked and when we told the waitress she didn't really seem to care. Beer menu said ask about the Boulevard Smokestack beer currently on tap. I ask, the response was I think it's just the Boulevard Smokestack. Please learn the beer menu.
Trash.. Service is garbage.. I will not go back.. Everything is better in TX.
The waitress Mary didn't won't to serve us cause were black.
Never have had a problem before yesterday lunch.however I'm lactose intolerant and they failed to accommodate that and I didn't realize until after I ate half the entree. The service I received was awful. And today my stomach is messed up from eating it. So ya. Probably won't be coming back.
Had a drinks and family ate their food there I ordered mines to go.... Brought it to work for lunch stirred my sour cream into my mashed potatoes and was eating and a brown hard bug was in them, needless to say turnt my stomach and couldn't eat my steak no more either......
