Came here tonight at 10:15pm me my daughter and best friend. Remind you we come here all the time we ordered two items off the happy hour menu the waitress tells us we can only order one unless we purchase another 3 dollar drink, I then asked when did they start doing that she stated she’s been here a year and I told her I come all the time and I have never heard of that being a thing. Delicious food and excellent. However, the handicap accessible stall in the women’s restroom is horrible! Not accessible at all. The door, when open, literally hits the toilet completely blocking access into the stall. I had to get mom out of her wheelchair to stand, move her chair out of the way, then shut the door and help her to the toilet. Exiting the stall was a hassle as well, as I had to again make mom stand (holding on to the door) so I could get her wheelchair. This needs to be corrected. Love the restaurant but ha... read more
I never give reviews, but felt this visit definitely needs to be shared and addressed. We walked in at 3:05 pm 7/20/22. Our softball team has 8 very well behaved teen age girls, coach, and some parents. The brown haired bartender said,” what the fuck is this shit and stared down the girls.” As I was walking to the restroom he said,”We aren’t here to babysit your kids”I jokingly said,”Just babysit those two right there.” To lighten the very rude comments he made. Ordered a summer blend salad this is what I got
Horrible service we didn't get all our food and manager did not care. Our waitress never came back to the table to check if food was ok. My daughter steak was practically raw. The food looked good but will not be going back to this location at all! They use to be the best now its Zona Rosa for me and my family and friends.
Burger overcooked and dry. Salad with 1 leaf of spinach, 1. Baked potato was great less the amount of toppings you get, just needed extra because potato was HUGE. Baked potato soup however, 1 piece of potato, thick like gravy, raw flour taste, lumpy, just blah. Sometimes it’s great but this crew today, just no good.

Tim the manager is racist , he’s rude and no customer service at all this is my second bad experience when it comes to race at this location. just poor customer service and the wait is always extremely long Do not check in on app they do not honor that also going in to give a party they will make u wait over an hour even if they give u 30 mins then stated could we wait another 30 mins , manager was super rude and racist! Calling corporate in the morning
