Disappointed in the food and service tonight.
I have eaten at several 54th street locations and was not impressed with this one last night. food was good but service sucked. waitress couldn't even the words thank you. told manager our issues and he just smiled. been trying to call to talk to gm, can't get anyone to answer the phone.
Waited half an hour after ordering and didn't get our complete order- Barely got a to go box. Service needs improvement coming from someone who worked in this industry over 10 years. Left hungry and disappointed... 😌
Ordered car side Togo. Not only did i have to wait 15 minutes before anyone helped me but when she did she forgot several items and go others wrong. I kindly asked her to correct it and waited even longer for her to come back. Finally drove off with food and when i arrived at home all the food was freezing cold, my nachos were burned and missing ingredients, my husbands wings were cold and served with blue cheese instead of ranch, my daughters broccoli was not even slightly pulled apart or cut up, it was one full head of bro... read more
First, they took off Baja Bites and Bone-in Wings from the Happy Hour Menu Then, they no longer have roumalad sauce with their Salmon....all you can get is tartar sauce!! Whoever heard of tartar sauce with blackened salmon!!! However, service was superb as usual!!

WORST PLACE EVER!!!
🤢I had the worst meal. The chicken salad tasted awful with some kind of strange seasoning that doesn't belong in that kind of salad. No fries--which would have saved the lunch. The potato soup was the same consistency as gravy and had two pieces of potato in it. I've never thrown out a whole meal but today I did. And...ordered it without scallions and they were present on my 'soup'. Save your money and go somewhere else! I would have been better off going to McAlister's Deli where they know how to make an awesome chic... read more
