Steak was bland with a lot of fat, tough to cut. Salad was skimpy and the bread was dry. So disappointed in the meal I didn't attempt to eat my loaded baked potato and left 3/4 full my margarita.
My husband took me here for my birthday dinner. It has been months since we've gone. The reason being, is because the last time we ate at 54th Street in Lee Summit, I got food poisoning and i was sick for 2 days. However, we decided to give it a try again. WE WON'T BE BACK! The thing that makes Jim and i so sad is that now with the new system they have about signing in , and they have taken away the cards, and now you can onlyuse one thingat a time,, But Jim paid 20 dollars for a gold card, and he cant use it, if he uses the five dollar off we have on our phones.. why??? he has already paid for it, so either let us use it, take it off this stupid process, or give us our 20 dollars back, he has not used it since. This is a huge mistake,,
First off, food was very good, properly cooked, very flavorful and was brought out in a timely manner. Secondly, Parker was great at what he does. But that's the only positives about this place. Let's talk about the management. SUCKS. All the manager was interested was flirting with, and only helping, the female wait staff. Parker had a large table that wanted each of the bills split among each person at the table(about 10). He handled it with professionalism, however the manager seemed very put off by this.
