I've been using 8x8 since 2008. In my opinion, it's currently the best public network-based VoIP provider in the country. Up-time, call quality, U.S.-based customer service (highly underrated aspect) and functionality have all been outstanding.
8x8 has simplified our work environment and our life. We have saved so much money and time since switching our service to 8x8. We can work from the office or from a beach in the Caribbean and our customers never realize it.

The professionalism, when customers call in and reach auto attendant directing them to the right destination. It saves the time of having my secretary answering and directing each call for service. Also the virtual office makes it easy to navigate each extension.
Using 8x8 services has allowed our remote employee's to stay connected easier with corporate office in Seattle. The mobile app is the best.
It is a great way to stay connected. It allows us to provide our number to a client and we are always connected. It doesn't matter if I'm in my home office, work, or mobile. We are always there for someone who needs us. The mobile app is easy to use and very friendly. 8x8 is a fantastic product.
