It's been great not having to worry about voicemails when I'm on the go. I can respond to emergencies quickly so as not to hold up our clients.
I love the mobility factor. I work remotely and I love the fact that I can stay in contact with customers and employees by using 8x8 on my desktop, cell phone through the app and my office phone. 8x8 has opened up a new world of mobility for me. I am a working Mother and I can take my business with me to soccer games, camping, traveling, you name it. I always brag about 8x8 because it has been one of the factors that has allowed me to still work and manage a family at the same time and feel success at both. Thanks 8x8!
8x8 has taken receiving calls, making calls, and receiving faxes so much easier and more convenient no matter if we're at the office or out and about. The mobile app works great and makes gives us the opportunity to respond to our customers much faster and our customers appreciate it! The money we're saving makes 8x8 a no brainer! Cost, Cost, Cost, we changed to 8X8 a little over a year ago and the primary reason was cost, but we have found that the additional features are also a bonus, the change over was very easy with the help we received from the installation team, should have looked at 8X8 five years ago when we opened our office.
I've been using 8x8 since 2008. In my opinion, it's currently the best public network-based VoIP provider in the country. Up-time, call quality, U.S.-based customer service (highly underrated aspect) and functionality have all been outstanding.
Rliability and good customer service
I love the fact that I can have two separate phone numbers with different area codes as my business has clients in two neighboring states that is easier for them to contact me from and that I have one voicemail set up for both lines making it easier for me to retrieve messages.
I love being able to work from anywhere and answer my office phone on my computer. I've had conversations with colleagues who thought I was in the office but I was no where near it.
