I have been a user for almost 2 years. I love the total integration. It is so user friendly and easy to use with practically no learning curve. My clients can text to my work phone number and I receive it as a pop up on my screen. Faxes come and go like e-mail. I can quickly look up all other users on the system. When you ask what I like, all of it, no complaints.
Working from HOME !! 30 years ago I started TURNSTILES US from my Den in my home in Illinois. As we are working and enjoying the 8x8 system, each day we realize the seamless connectivity is something that we think about less and less. We are able to transfer voicemails and respond on both the computer or the phone. We never miss an alert whether it is on the calendar, voice data, text message or email. What I love about 8x8 is not only there excellent customer service, but the fact that my voicemail can be setup to my e-mail. There was a time I was away from my desk on a business meeting I got a very important phone call and it was urgent (without going into details) but I got the voicemail through my e-mail and was able to listen to it. Without this feature and the great people at 8x8 I would of never of received this call while I was out. Thank you!
The thing I like most about 8x8 is that fact that i have the ability to change things at my own disposable. I have not had to contact 8x8 to have things fix. I am able to do it myself.
Here in our insurance sales agency, we truly appreciate the ability to utilize the 8x8 Virtual Office app (for both iOS and Android). It allows us easy accessibility to (and from) our customers , all while maintaining a high level of professionalism by ensuring our company and personal information remain separate. We switched to 8X8 about 8 years ago. Not only did we cut our phone bills in half but we were able to seamlessly integrate our two locations. The portability of the system has allowed us to have some employees work from home yet still remain a vital part of the team. And, the IOS application allowed me to travel Europe while still making and receiving calls on the 8X8 system for no additional cost. We've had the same phones we started with and have no plans to change. Great job 8X8!!
