The customer service has always been the absolute best. Since I have been with the company we have had 2 issues come up and they were taken care of in a fast and friendly matter.
I love that with 8x8 you can work from all over the world and aren't necessarily tied to one office or desk. The app on your phone or computer is great because even when employees are travelling we can stay constantly in contact with great phone service.
I spoke with Mike on Monday regarding our voicemail issue that we were experiencing and he didn't make me feel rushed at all which doesn't happen very often now days. He sat on the phone with me for an hour and a half and walked me through all of the specifics so I could better understand what ring groups, auto attendants etc all meant. Virtual Office.
We love the fact that we can text our customers with such ease, without having to utilize our personal cell phones. We deal with tenants and owners and if they had our personal #'s we would never have any peace!
8*8 services is the best application for call over the world , easy to use ,good quality of listening in every computer or iphone .
The service is great reliable and feature rich, however I would have to say the greatest thing about 8X8 is the mobility. I can use the service anywhere and with a diverse multi-state office I can get everyone together on the same phone system and my users are able to have a true office phone regardless of where they are.
