We love the fact that we can send IMs to each other if we are tied up on the phone, it really helps us when we have a question to ask and can do so with IM. We also love the fact that we can see who is calling and reject the call or transfer to another extention, it's wonderful. The technicians are very nice, professional and knowledgeable when I call for help. The phones are easy to use and very reasonable in price. I love the features that 8x8 have for the phones, especially the fax notification via email.
I can use the Android app when I'm not at my desk.
We love how with one quick phone call, we can chat with a qualified, patient, well-spoken individual who can walk us through our problem and reach a solution. Each time we've had to call (with a silly question), customer service has been impeccable.
The tech support is very responsive. There was a time when I was having trouble getting calls from customers and Arnold worked with me for over an hour, helping me with my settings to figure out why I was not receiving calls. And he was very patients and did not stop until the problem was fixed! That is the kind of service I can rely on!
Too new to tell. We are still going through the implementation process. I have heard folks around the office talking about how much they love the integration with mobile devices and desktop devices. Very excited about this new system.
We love the Virtual Voicemail and the 8x8 app.
what I like the most is that I can chat directly with the whole corporation type through my computer and send very important messages referring with hot orders to individual person or to a group of coworkers.
I love the call forwarding feature and use if often. It enables me to answer the phone from anywhere.
