It makes working remotely a breeze since I can forward all calls (both ways!) to my cell rather than my desk phone at the office. While the chat function is not used as often (or as fully) as it could be, I appreciate that it's there, and the ease of finding the person I need to contact with a "click to call" as well as the quick extension clearly visible. It makes corporate communication quick and easy.

We're in the staffing business and therefore necessary to be connected outside of regular business hours. Having the mobile app enables me to be flexible with where I take my calls and if I miss them, the voice mail notification on my email reminds me. I love being able to click on the voice mail on my cell phone or in my email wherever I am at. No longer have to be in my office to return calls.

The ability to easily forward extensions to any phone and use the virtual office pro app anywhere, creates a much more flexible office environment without losing contact with the community.
